Introducing Kim Wiley

I began my teaching career in 1996. I have experience as a teacher (high school), student services coordinator (middle school), dean (middle and high school), assistant principal (K-12), principal (K-12), and area lead principal (K-12). I spent the first seventeen years in college preparatory private schools, two years in a district school, and nine years at a charter school.

During the last nine years of my career, I managed a school with more than a $19 million yearly budget, 162 employees, and almost 2000 students. Our team earned a school letter grade of “A”year after year, and in 2019 and 2021, our school was named a School of Excellence by the Department of Education, making it one of the top seventeen percent of all schools in the State of Florida. I recently retired from education to pursue my entrepreneurial interests. Still, education remains near and dear to my heart, and I continue to advocate for putting kids first and doing right by those who educate them.
